All prices are quoted in Pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are effective from January 2007.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Outdoor play equipment is bulky and heavy to deliver and therefore we do have carriage charges at the following rates:

GUARANTEE
All Toys in the TP range have a minimum of a one year guarantee although some products have longer guarantees even up to a lifetime guarantee.

POSTAL ORDERS
Please do not send cash through the post. Cheques must be supported by a cheque card number on the reverse - your order will be released upon clearance. All cheques payable to ‘Mid Devon Activity Toys Ltd'. We accept all major credit/debit cards; Delta, Visa, Switch, Mastercard, Eurocard etc (with the exception of American Express). You can call us Monday to Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm on 01392 882020. Please have the details of your choice(s) and credit/debit card details ready when you order.

ON-LINE ORDERS
By completing and submitting the web page order form, you can benefit from a more convenient method of ordering, available 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year.

The order form is sited on a secure server, but due to the frames structure of the site some customers may not see the 'padlock' or 'key' symbol associated with secure servers. If you wish to verify the secure nature of the order form, you can click here to load the page out of the frame structure of the site, and you will see the 'padlock' appear in the new window (at the bottom right hand corner).

You may wish to print out the order form to aid the completion of the details, and to keep a copy of your order. Be assured that your personal and credit card details will be kept in the strictest confidence. We never pass on our customer details to third parties.

E-MAIL ORDERS
Please be aware that details sent to us via our e-mail address are not as secure as details submitted to us via the online order form, which is sited on a secure server. However, if you wish to amend an order, simply email all the relevant details (minus the credit card details) to us. Please note we do not accept American Express.

Out of stock items. If an item is out of stock we will contact you and either put the item on back order or provide you with the option of cancelling or altering your order if you so wish.

Despatch times –We can generally have items delivered within 5 working days. If you would like something urgently we can arrange overnight carriage although it is not guaranteed. Please telephone us on 01392 882020 for urgent deliveries before 12 noon.
